Mixed-Level Bellydance Class 3 Notes

As you may have noticed, these class notes are getting pretty brief. I'm hoping these quick notes will help you "remember" what we might have done. As always, feel free to email me if you can't remember how to execute any of these movements we covered.

Movements:

  • ATS Hip Bumps (a.k.a. Hip singles with one foot flat and one foot on releve)
  • ATS Choo Choo Arc Turn
  • Hip Slide
  • Maya with flat-ball-ball-ball footwork
Review choreography and add on!
Dance the choreography as a group circle.
