Bellydance Basics May Series: Class 4

Hello Ladies,

Today's main focus was on the American Tribal Style movement "Arabic". We explored the different variations, but focused mainly on the Arabic Basic and Arabic Hip Twist. Essentially, the "arabic" movement is an undulation at the torso with weight change between the feet, thus making this movement perfect for traveling.
