Class 8. Front to Back Figure 8 and Back to Front Figure 8
1. Review: Review movements from the previous classes.
2. New:
Front to Back Figure 8 - twist right hip forward, slide hip to right diagonal, round right hip to back corner, then pull back to center; twist left hip forward, slide left hip to left diagonal, round left hip to back corner, then pull back to center.
Back to Front Figure 8 - twist right hip to back corner, slide hip to back corner, round right hip to right front corner, then pull back to center; twist left hip to back corner, slide hip to back corner, round left hip to front corner, then pull back to center.
