Be sure to practice what we've learned so far and bring your "mind and body" connection with you next time because we're going to turn it up a notch in Class 4. Full speed ahead!

- Body wave, facing left diagonal, 8 ct.
- Exterior hip circle clockwise while pivot body to right diagonal 4 ct, hip circle 2ct, hip circle 2ct.
- Body wave, facing right diagonal, 8 ct.
- Exterior hip circle counter-clockwise while pivot body to front center 4 ct
- 1/2 turn over left shoulder.
