Mixed-Level Bellydance Class 4 Notes

Very quickly and briefly... here's what we covered:

  • Figure 8's back to front
  • Figure 8's front to back
  • Chest circles clockwise
  • Chest circles counterclockwise
  • Alternating chest circles
Combo: 
Figure 8 back to front on the Right hip (ct 1, 2)
Interior hip circle cw dbR (ct 3, 4)
Figure 8 fron to back on the Left hip (ct 5, 6)
Interior hip circle ccw dbL (ct 7, 8)
Repeat

Alternate Combo (Basic):
Figure 8 back to front dbR (ct 1-4)
Figure 8 fron to back dbL (ct 5-8)
Repeat
